What started as a single neighborhood pizzeria has grown into a beloved Chicago institution, with over 65 locations across the Midwest. Yet despite our growth, we've never lost sight of Lou's original vision – to create an authentic Chicago deep dish pizza experience using only the finest ingredients and time-honored recipes.
