Full-time

We're seeking an experienced Pizza Chef to join our kitchen team. You'll be responsible for preparing our famous deep dish pizzas using traditional recipes and techniques that have made Lou Malnati's a Chicago legend for over 50 years.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of pizza making experience
  • Knowledge of traditional Italian cooking techniques
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Food safety certification preferred
  • Team player with excellent communication skills

Restaurant Manager

Full-time

Lead our restaurant operations and ensure every customer receives the exceptional Lou Malnati's experience. You'll oversee daily operations, manage staff, and maintain our high standards of food quality and customer service.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of restaurant management experience
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Experience with POS systems and inventory management
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities

Server

Part-time / Full-time

Provide outstanding customer service to our guests while sharing your knowledge of our menu and the Lou Malnati's story. Create memorable dining experiences that keep customers coming back for our legendary deep dish pizza.

Requirements:
  • Previous serving experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask in a busy environment
  • Knowledge of food and beverage pairings a plus
  • Weekend and evening availability required

Delivery Driver

Part-time

Deliver hot, fresh Lou Malnati's pizzas to customers throughout the area. Represent our brand with professionalism while ensuring orders arrive on time and in perfect condition.

Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Own reliable vehicle with insurance
  • GPS navigation skills
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Flexible schedule including nights and weekends

Kitchen Assistant

Part-time
